Using this guide

Student groups and organizations are a large part of Duke's history. Duke University Archives partners with student groups to document their activities. We accept records in about as many formats as you can imagine, including digital materials.

This guide is meant to serve as a resource for student groups interested in placing their inactive records with the University Archives. You'll learn what types of documents you can donate, how to prepare your materials for transfer, and how to contact us when you're ready to transfer your records.
