Geocoding Addresses

Requires registering for a free iPums account. Uses the Texas A&M geocoding service, in conjunction with the University of Minnesota.

Can geocode up to 2500 US addresses for free.  Links to other geocoding options.

BatchGeo takes your address data in Excel format and creates a "pin map" in a Google Maps window using Google Maps API. You can share the URL with others you want to see your map.

Has a basic free version allowing 250 map points and a commercial Pro version supporting 15,000 points per map.
