Author name. Title [dissertation or master's thesis]. Publisher; Year. URL

Anatomy of a citation
  1. Author name: Formatted as last name and initials (no periods).
  2. Title: Use sentence case.
  3. Designation: "Thesis" refers to work at the master's level, and "dissertation" refers to work at the doctoral level.
  4. Publisher: Name of the academic institution serving as publisher.
  5. Year of publication
  6. URL: If available online, try to use a permalink or stable URL when possible.
