Please note that administrative office records are restricted for a period of twenty-five years from the origin of the material. To use these materials, permission must be obtained from the office of origin and the University Archivist.
- Duke University Equestrian Team (DUET) Records, 1977-1981: DUET was formed in 1976 to provide a means for equestrians to represent Duke University in competitions. Their records contain correspondence, competition programs, financial materials, agendas and minutes, membership lists, a charter application, and a constitution.
- Office of Student Activities and Facilities Records, 1936-2006: This collection contains a series of financial documentation of and correspondence with several club sports organizations. Documentation with other club sports organizations, including organizational charter applications, is scattered throughout the collection by club name. The documentation dates from the 1970s through 1980s.
