Here are the steps for finding and requesting a chapter of a book that is not available in the DKU Library:
Use the Duke Libraries search at, http://library.duke.edu/. Once you find a book you think might be useful, click on the title of the book and then check to see if there is a table of contents given in the catalog page. If so, copy the title of the book, title of the chapter you need, and page numbers. Use this information to complete the interlibrary loan request, http://library.duke.edu/using/document-delivery. For example, you could request Chapter 6 from this book through ILL:
As you search the library catalog for books, you will find lots of ebooks (see below). Click on the button to access the book online.
