Physics: For Faculty

There are many paths to finding and receiving the books you need to research and teaching. Locally, the books stored at Duke's Library Service Center arrive fairly quickly. Those around the Triangle can arrive in a few days, and those from libraries farther away can take up to a week. To make a use case for a book purchase or a journal subscription, the physics librarian checks the number of InterLibrary Requests to see how the cost compares to the cost of the item or subscription.
