You can borrow materials from libraries all over the country. DUL belongs to a number of consortia, including the Triangle Research Libraries Network (TRLN), Borrow Direct (IvyPlus Libraries), and WorldCat.
Duke provides access and support for four different citation managers: EndNote, RefWorks, Mendeley, and Zotero. If we have time, I'll demonstrate EndNote to show you how they work.
