Hit a Paywall?

Looking at Google Scholar and got the "Pay $35 to read this article" paywall message? Don't skip the article!

Search in the library catalog for the title. We probably subscribe to the journal!

Use Unpaywall and Open Access Button to search for a freely available copy of the article online.

Use Interlibrary Requests to ask Duke to send you a copy of the article from another library.

Tips for using Duke's databases

Click on Research Databases from the Libraries homepage. Enter database name to search or use Browse Databases by Subject to find Education or other topics.

Click on Get it @ Duke to locate the full-text for items you find in the databases. A box will pop up and tell you if the item is available online or in print.

Not available through Duke? Request it from another library using Interlibrary Request.
