If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact your course librarians, Sarah Griffin and Jamie Keesecker.

Locate books, films, recordings, journals, and more using the Books & Media search. Start with a keyword search, and narrow results using the filters in the column on the left.
A quick way to find recordings specifically is to start your search from the Music Library homepage. You'll also find lots of links to streaming audio resources there.
Click the

You'll be taken to a request form with all the bibliographic details already filled in. Scroll down and click "Submit Request."

Search TRLN to find and request books from our consortial partners, UNC-Chapel Hill, NCCU, and NC State. Delivery to campus is usually only 2 business days. (Can't wait? You can use your Duke Card to check books out anytime if you make the trip in person to partner TRLN libraries!)
Try WorldCat to search most North American libraries simultaneously; use "get it@Duke" to request what Duke doesn't own via Interlibrary Loan.
Click through short video tutorials that give an overview of libraries & accounts, finding books, finding articles, citing sources, advanced search, and evaluating sources. The Evaluating Sources section includes discussion of the difference between scholarly and popular sources.
