Film & Video: Video Reserves

Film Reserve List

Films on Reserve this Semester

This list is updated throughout the semester; searchable by title, instructor and call number.

Watching Video Reserves

Films that have been placed on reserve can be checked out at the Lilly circulation desk; please tell the library employee behind the desk the appropriate call number.

Don't know the call number?  Search an updated LIST OF FILMS ON RESERVE  by course, instructor, and/or title.

Reserve films are checked out for a 3-hour period and are viewed inside the library.

Headphones are available for loan; viewing carrels are located in the Lilly 113, the periodicals room.

Placing Videos on Reserve

For instructors: placing films on Reserve & requesting films for Classroom Showings

To place items on Reserve, including videos/DVDs, start from our Reserves page, click "Place Items on Reserve" buttonand then choose the type of Reserve that meets your instructional need. Please provide title, call number, and dates of showing (if applicable). Check the Film Reserves list to ensure we have included all titles you have requested for the semester. If you would like to show a film in class that is on Reserve (even for your own class!), please request it for Classroom Showing so that we can balance use of our films for multiple classes.
