Identifying Your Research Interests and Possible Mentors

MUSER
A database of undergraduate research opportunities and projects posted by faculty members.
Scholars@Duke
Scholars is a research discovery system featuring the research, scholarship, and activities of Duke faculty members and academic staff. You can search by research topic or faculty name.
Medical Center Faculty Database
Opportunities for undergraduates to do research in basic science labs; largely oriented towards STEM-interested students.
Bass Connections
Bass Connections teams are interdisciplinary research teams that work on projects submitted by faculty members. You can view past project teams and apply for current ones.
Department Webpages
Look at department webpages for your area of interest and check out the "People" tab to learn about the research activities and publications of those in the department.
Summer Research Resources
FLUNCH
The FLUNCH (faculty + lunch) program is designed to encourage student-faculty interaction outside the classroom. Through the program, undergraduates can invite their faculty and/or course instructors to a free lunch at one of many dining locations across campus.
