PubMed is the premier resource for the biomedical journal literature. This version of PubMed contains links to Duke's full text journal subscriptions.

Web of Science (ISI)
Use this resource to find highly cited authors and scholarly works, as well as track journal impact factors.
Scopus
Scopus is a large interdisciplinary abstract and citation database. Similar to Web of Science, but more comprehensive international journal coverage.
Global Health and Global Health Archive
Provides information on international health, biomedical life sciences, non-communicable diseases, public health nutrition, food safety, hygiene and more.
GBD
The Global Burden of Disease (GBD) is the most comprehensive effort to date which measures the impact of hundreds of diseases, injuries, and risk factors in 187 countries.
