4) Search for Russian words using Library of Congress Romanization Table
5) Locate and use book reviews, which can be found on the "Databases" tab, under "Databases by Subject," in the category 'Reference|Book Reviews'

lib-web-cats -- database of over 4500 library web sites and online catalogs worldwide (searchable by country or geographic region).
Interlibrary Loan -- locates needed
materials in other libraries, borrows books and microforms and obtains
photocopied material on behalf of eligible Duke patrons.
